This site started as a CV with a few project cards. It’s becoming something else.

I want a place to write up my work as I’m doing it — session summaries for projects I’m building, longer notes on what I’m learning. I want a reading log and a watching log for the same reason a Now section exists: so this site captures the texture of the current chapter, not just the work-history shape.

Most notes here will be project-tagged session summaries — for Riftward, the Foundation Design Suite, Provenance Map, and the others. Some will be broader: where agentic AI coding tools fit in real engineering work, what I’m reading, what’s hard about leading a small team through architectural change.
